Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactWell, it certainly isn't bad, since you seem to have put much work in this. What lacks however, is detail, particularly with the nose and ears (if it had any).
And, to add, you have a great perspective for bright colors, but there's no harm in adding a little gradient and texture in the hair and skin so as not to appear ripple-ish and cascaded, especially with the paint brush stokes. I've done the exact thing many times, so don't worry. And you might want to add a little gloss in the lips and eyes, if you want it to appear more realistic.
Also, nice work. Keep up the good work.
